Management Trainee – Human Resources

What you’ll do:

• Support Human Resources processes and activities according to departmental needs
• Conduct data gathering, processing, and analysis to support HR requirements
• Prepare reports and presentations based on data processing and analysis
• Support work process analysis and assist in identifying existing issues
• Apply PDCA and 7 QC Tools in analysis and improvement processes
• Develop an understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and their application in the workplace
• Collaborate with team members and relevant stakeholders to carry out tasks and solve problems
• Participate in job rotation and plant visits to gain exposure to work processes and the manufacturing environment

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from a reputable university in Industrial Engineering or Management
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic understanding of Human Resources Management and labor regulations
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data processing skills
• Able to gather and analyze data and prepare reports
• Knowledge of PDCA and 7 QC Tools
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong learning agility, adaptability, and resilience
• Proactive, initiative-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
• Demonstrate high integrity, accountability, and responsibility
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Physically and mentally fit to work in both office and manufacturing environments
• Willing to participate in job rotation and plant visits
